Tip Jar for the new Mom
A Tip Jar for the new mom is not what you think it is. The tip jar is a large glass jar that is displayed on a table at the baby shower. Each guest at the baby shower gets 5 pieces of paper upon arrival. You then ask each person to write out 5 helpful thoughts to help the new mom out when she arrives home from the hospital with the new baby.
The tip jar has a decorated lid, a piece of pretty cloth, or a delicate hankie for the cover. All of these tops can be covered with ribbons for decoration. Money is NOT going to be placed in the tip jar. Cards are for any money to be given to the new mom-to-be.
The guests are going to write well wishes or baby tips. Below are some tips to consider:
Baby names for the couples consideration.
The adjustments for the first few days home with the new baby.
